Breast Augmentation Revision Patient 1
This patient is a 49 year old woman who had undergone breast augmentation 25 years earlier. Over time she had developed severe capsular contracture with implant rupture and breast deformity. She underwent correction which included total capsulectomy with implant removal and replacement (site change) with new silicone gel implants. The After photos were taken 6 months post surgery.
